More information
We will be learning Yang-style Taichi.
Yang-style Taichi uses a higher stance and slower, gentler movement without quick, explosive movements like jumps, kicks and strikes.
Because the movement of Yang style Taichi is slow, continuous, circular and spiralling, it's relatively easier to learn, and it's good for improving body & mind connection, awareness, coordination and balance. And it's also safe for those recovering from injury.
